Refund Policy

At Ruby Acorn, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and intention. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging where applicable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at martha@rubyacorn.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ruby Acorn is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at martha@rubyacorn.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately — no questions asked.
