Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Ruby Acorn! Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care in our small Colorado studio, and we want to make sure it reaches you safely and promptly.

Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped the next business day after your order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. We'll always communicate any delays promptly.

Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Canadian orders ship via DHL Express.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders over $75!

International Shipping We are pleased to ship to Canada and select European countries including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

  • USPS First Class International — $19.00 (lightweight items)
  • USPS Priority Mail International — $45.00 (standard)
  • Canada — carrier-calculated at checkout via DHL Express

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking Every order includes a tracking number, emailed once your order ships. Track your package at usps.com or dhl.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at martha@rubyacorn.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
