Thank you for supporting Ruby Acorn! Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care in our small Colorado studio, and we want to make sure it reaches you safely and promptly.
Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped the next business day after your order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. We'll always communicate any delays promptly.
Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
Order Tracking Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website at usps.com.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Enjoy *free standard shipping on all US orders over $75!*
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at martha@rubyacorn.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
