The hush of a winter woodland, captured in glass. December Stillness brings together an exquisite artisan tree focal, softly luminous gemstones, and textured sterling silver in a one-of-a-kind handmade necklace.

At its heart is a tapered barrel of lampwork glass by Mad Cat Glass Designs in the United Kingdom. Slender dark trees stretch across a pale, wintry background, creating a miniature woodland scene to carry close.

Faceted rainbow moonstone rondelles and rainbow tourmaline rounds frame the focal with gentle shimmer and subtle color. Iridescent Czech glass daisy spacers mingle with antique sterling silver fluted saucers, sterling silver daisy spacers, and polished sterling silver rounds, adding contrasting textures throughout the beaded section.

Etched sterling silver chain completes the necklace, finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp, jump rings, and headpins.

Handmade as part of Ruby Acorn’s Winter Light Collection. The necklace measures approximately 18 inches at princess length, with the focal drop extending an additional 2 inches.
